At the heart of Cactus is Pam, your AI business assistant. Pam helps you handle inquiries, gather information from potential clients, and represent your brand online—so you can focus on the part of your business you love most.
When you join Cactus, we will collaborate with you to create your personalized storefront that reflects your brand and helps potential customers get to know you. Pam is connected to your storefront, answering questions and collecting key details from people interested in your services.
Everything is designed to save you time and help you grow your business with less stress.
Cactus is available through a simple, flat monthly subscription. There are no hidden fees or complicated tiers — just one clear price that gives you full access to everything we currently offer, including your storefront and your AI assistant, Pam.
All billing is handled securely through Stripe. You’ll be charged automatically each month using the payment method you provide at sign-up. If you ever need to pause or cancel, just let us know before your next billing date and we’ll take care of it—no hassle, no stress.

Cactus and Pam are proprietary technologies owned by Cravd, Inc. Please don’t copy, resell, or use them outside of what’s allowed by your subscription.
We’re always making Cactus better. If we update any major features or these Terms, we’ll let you know. Continuing to use the platform after updates means you’re good with the changes.
We do our best to provide a reliable, helpful platform — but like any tool, Cactus isn’t perfect. We can’t take responsibility for things like unexpected business outcomes, customer disputes, or how you use the AI’s suggestions. Use your best judgment and reach out if something feels off — we want to support you as much as we can.
We care deeply about your privacy. The information you share with us is used only to support your experience, we don’t sell it or share it without your say-so. If you’re in California, you may have additional rights under the CCPA. You can find all the details in our Privacy Policy.
We hope you never have a reason to be unhappy with Cactus. But if a serious disagreement ever comes up, we’ll do our best to work things out respectfully. If needed, any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in California, using a service we both agree on. Each of us will cover our own costs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
