For over 15 years, Chef Cali Stone has been creating unforgettable culinary experiences with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and a love for Mediterranean flavors. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Cali trained at the Culinary Institute of America before spending a decade in top restaurants across Italy and France. In 2015, she returned to Seattle to launch her own catering business, bringing her global expertise to local tables.

Cali believes food should bring people together. Whether it’s an intimate dinner for two or a grand wedding for 200, she and her team pour their hearts into every dish, ensuring each event is a celebration of flavor and connection. From sourcing the best local produce to designing custom menus that reflect her clients’ tastes, Cali’s attention to detail and warm personality have made her a favorite among food lovers in the region.
