Thanksgiving Hero in the Poconos

This year was tough for our family, so getting together for Thanksgiving was crucial. With 40 of us in the Poconos, we hired Chef Brian based on reviews, and he was a lifesaver. When our server canceled due to COVID, Chef Brian cooked and served our entire group solo, even managing to cook in the guesthouse and deliver the food up to the main house. Dinner was excellent, especially the moist turkey, and we had plenty of leftovers. Plus, he left the kitchen spotless! I highly recommend Chef Brian for his competence and professionalism.

Brian Saved Thanksgiving

We had a large family group of 45 for Thanksgiving this year and called on Chef Brian to handle the meal for us. We had a traditional thanksgiving feast with all the trimmings and dessert and Chef Brian did a great job. All alone to boot as his help called out sick that day. He had all the food deliciously cooked and out for us as he promised on time with a beautiful Turkey that he presented at the main table to us all before carving it.
